Cancellation Policy for Massage and Fitness Training Services
1. General Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2. Notice Period
Massage Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Fitness Training Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than the required notice period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session cost.
Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
4. No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up without any notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
After two no-shows, future bookings may require prepayment.
5. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
6. Group Sessions & Packages
Group sessions require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation.
Package sessions must be used within the validity period. Missed sessions due to late cancellation or no-show will be deducted from the package.
